We can depend on them to be there in the event of problems and they have never let our business down. They take a strong position on backups and security and have kept us out of trouble in situations where we may not have realized the need for the change. Galileo provides a monitoring service that gives notice of issues often before we’re aware of them. The same service provides security software, patches, and provides remote access, greatly easing the load on our existing IT staff. Regarding Price for Services in this world. Once I separate the Good Guys from the Bad Guys… I have come to understand that a company can only provide what you are willing to pay for. In other words… There is always some company willing to charge you less, but a savvy buyer will realize they will also receive less. Less in service, response & reliability. Galileo’s pricing is reasonable and they provide an excellent product/service.
I can’t imagine any buyer or purchasing agent will get fired for selecting Galileo. I can’t imagine any business owner will ever regret his/her choice to select Galileo Systems Group to manage their IT.

With Windows 7 and Server 2008R2 quickly reaching end of life, we needed a significant systems upgrade. New workstations, a new server, and an email migration to Office 365 were all planned for and implemented by Galileo. “I just wanted to take a moment to thank Chuck Malott and his team at Galileo for being there when we really needed them. Our Arizona location was infected with a Crypto-wall virus that encrypted all of the files on our server in addition to the data files needed for our accounting application, MAS90. We are not yet sure how the virus was contracted but believe it might have been someone inadvertently clicking a link in a fake UPS Email. Once the infection took hold we were completely down and unable to operate the business.
We called in Galileo our MSP (Managed Service Provider) and they were available immediately with their emergency response team. Because of the systems Galileo had implemented and the expertise in dealing with these types of events our office was down only a short time instead weeks and we were not forced to pay the ransom demanded by cybercriminals. Very little data had to be re-entered and we were able to continue to serve our customers almost immediately.
